As a couple of you know I changed our wedding date from the end of April to new Years eve! I was so excited everything was booked and I had so many idaes for our winter wedding and then disaster struck!!!

My sister in law to be fell pregnant and was due on 18 dec or an inducton on 30 december with the grooms mum as her birthing partner I had no choice but to rebook the wedding ( trust me I tried everything to get my hubby to be to go ahead with the wedding anyway, but he would'nt do it with out his mum and sister there) So after alot of sulking I realised I was being a bit selfish and have booked the wedding for the 5th April which is easter weekend.

So now I need you fantastic ladies to give me some brilliant ideas for an easter themed wedding!
I'm thinking of going for lemon as the colour scheme and dafodils for my flowers. But centre peices, decorations, food ect im stuck! any ideas?

i went to an easter wedding last year it was great fun. The favours were obviously eggs which she said was really cheap to do and it looked so good. They had daffodils as the centre pieces in pretty pots. But there are a lot of other beautiful flowers around at that time like blue bells (personal favourite)

wow, an easter wedding. There's always great stuff in shops for kids for easter like Jane said about about an egg hunt. I went to a wedding last easter and they had the bridesmaids in different colours, one was in lemon, another in pale blue, another in pale pink and the last in pale green. It worked really well. They had a cake that had mini eggs around it and used cream eggs with names on as place settings!

We're getting married on 7th April (Easter Saturday) and originally were going down this route and thought about little chicks.

We were going to find pictures of one chick, two chicks, three chicks etc. for the table numbers.
