Hi ladies went to my third dress shop yesterday to find myself a wedding dress, ive tried on some gorgeous ones which i really liked but when i tried the one on yesterday I knew it was the one. The only thing was I found out it was the most expensive one I have seen in all the shops. My mum is paying for my dress and she said if thats the one i want I can have it, but we are a normal family and we aren't well off so I feel so guilty because its £1500!

Aww I'm sure your mum would say if she couldnt afford it? My parents are getting my dress too, I'm going to make a point of not trying on anything above my budget as I'd be guaranteed to fall in love with the most expensive one too! x

If she's happy with it and you love the dress then go for it, but call around all that designers' stockists to compare prices and try to find the lowest price going and ask the shop you went to if they'll match it. The other choice is to wait for a promotion or a "designer day" at the shop and buy it then. You've got 16 months so you can hold off a little while to find the best price. Some people have saved hundreds of pounds from a few phone calls.

But if it had been easy then we wouldn't love each other as

It's also the heaviest dress I've tried on. Its big classic fairytale style princess. Its tulle bottom and all beads on the top. The thing is i tried it on in white and she didnt have a picture in ivory so i'm worried it might not be as stunning in the ivory due to the beads being different. I need to see a picture i hope she hurries and emails me back lol.

If i upload the two dresses I love, and point you to my ultimate 'one' will you have a look on my profile thing and see what you guys think?
Excuse me looking a mess though.

    I've unrestricted my page now.
There are two dresses on there I feel more like a princess in the massive white one.
My mum prefers the elegant ivory one. Its got gorgeous detail all down the train too.

I love the ivory one with the flowers. Both are gorgeous but that one seems to make your waist look teeny and it's still pretty huge.

Thanks for the opinion, I have a feeling everyone is going to like the flowery one more due to the gorgeous detail on it, there is too much choice lol! I'm really struggling to decide between the two but i'm swaying towards the huge one (but in ivory). The flowery one is the cheaper one too, typical me for having more expensive taste lol.

Hello thanks ladies, well I went back and tried the two dresses on again and I'm going for the big white one. I was going to get it in ivory since they usually look more expensive and it usually suits me but by not being able to see what it is like in ivory and since this dress actually suited me in white I am going for it in white. We are going to go back in the next week or so to order it.Yay!
It turns out it is a Dizzie Lizzie Sposa Sposa dress (not sure on the model number) but they removed it from the website.
Thats an idea nearer the time i might be able to contribute.
    Thanks Ladies =) xx
