I'm not getting married until July 2016 but I have fallen head over heels in love with a gorgeous pair of shoes and they're not a bad price either (£45)! The issues I am having though are as I'm not getting married for a while I can either buy them now and risk finding some that I love more so they go to waste, or leave them and not find any then they sell out! What should I do? Also, the heels on them are 3inches and I am 5ft11 and H2B is 6ft3 so it would only leave 1 inch in height between us, just wondering if it would look silly if I look the same height as him?

If you love them, get them. You can always sell them as new if you find another pair.
As for height, don't worry. In my heels I will half an inch taller than h2b. Always am when we go out.

You can always get them now and if you find another pair later on that you prefer you can always sell these ones on.. You may not get the full £45 back but at least you would get something. It wouldn't look silly at all - just right! :) x

Buy them! If you like the, and they are a good price that enough to justify it! :) I'm also taller than my OH in heels and same height in flats, but why should I not wear heels on my wedding day lol!
I would buy them. You can easily put them on the Bay or Prel0ved if you find others.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

It would be better to sell them if you change your mind than regret not getting them in my opinion! Xxx

Yes I could wear them for another wedding but only a wedding as they are a bit too bridal, but I do love them so maybe I just won't look at anymore shoes :) H2B thinks I should buy them too :) x

Buy them and if you find some later on then just sell them. Or as mentioned above, buy them and don't look any more :) That way you can tick one more thing off your to do list and you will feel less stressed than if you left them and couldn't find another pair and then they ended up sold out or not stocked any more. It's better to be safe than sorry I always say. And they are a reasonable price so it won't put you too far out of budget if you do end up getting another pair! x

Get them, I bought mine 18 months before the wedding and to be honest didn't look for anymore afterwards, if you see any then great if not then you have a pair and it is one less thing to worry about! Mine are ridiculously high as there is a foot between me and my H2B so I am still at least half a foot shorter but they are comfy and I knew I loved them when I saw them!

I'd buy them; my shoes were my first purchases, bought them before I had the dress, over 3 years before the day! Didn't regret it at all, although one of the pairs was a pair I'd had my eye on for years, and had said they'd be my wedding shoes; they were due to go up in price from £475 to £635, so we snapped them up before they did lol.
As for the height; I don't see an issue. I wore smaller heels for the day (2.5 inches) putting me at 2/2/5 inches shorter than my OH; in the evening I wore 3.5 inch heels so the difference was 1/1.5 inches. Often I wear 5 inch heels which make me slightly taller than him, and I think it looks fine!

What shoes did you have barbie? I'd love to wear a pair of L0ubi3s, I love the photographs with the soles popping through (a bit like my profile picture really). Not sure I could justify spending that much money on them though. We'll see...

I had Ch00s for the day, and G1nas for the evening. I love shoes (bought my first pair of Ch00s at 15 lol) so, snobby as it might be, there was no question of not having designer ones for the wedding lol. Ended up with two pairs as I'd originally planned to wear the G1nas all day, but they're a very strappy style and that coupled with the height made me feel really wobbly in my dress (which ended up being really heavy, which I hadn't planned on). I was fine with it bustled up though, so opted to wear lower-heeled more enclosed ones during the day, and my higher strappy ones at night when the dress was bustled (I also randomly can't dance well in anything under 3.5 inches for some weird reason...!)
I have one pair of L0ubs and love them, and find them very comfy. A lot of people don't though (they suit people with narrow feet and a high arch), so if you were considering them, I'd def try first. I'd also probably go with something neutral; both mine were silver, so I can wear them again loads after (and believe me I will lol). I'd have been much less inclined to spend that kind of money on an ivory satin shoe as I just wouldn't wear it again after unless I had it dyed.

Ch00s would be my second choice of bridal shoe!
I already have a pair of L0ubs which were a 21st birthday present and have hardly worn them, but they look so pretty amongst my shoe collection! As sad as it may sound, it has always been a goal of mine to own at least 1 pair of L0ubs in my lifetime haha. I had a sneak peak at their bridal/neutral coloured collection a little while back but must say I wasn't blown away. If I did have a pair for the wedding I would definitely go for a shorter heel; mine are absolutely gigantic and really hard to walk in.. they are comfy otherwise though.

You should look at G1na too; I love some of their shoes and their sale savings are awesome! (I rarely pay full price; my L0ubs were and my wedding Ch00s were, otherwise I buy in the sale (and my dad got a discount on my wedding G1nas)).
Yeah my L0ubs are pretty high, but not too bad (5 inches with a 1 inch platform). I also hear you on wanting to own a pair; I've got quite a few pairs of Ch00s and G1nas and wanted a pair of L0ubs to add to the collection lol. Next on my list is a pair of Man0l0s ;-)

I will take a look, thanks :)
Ooooh I definitely like your style! If I was sickeningly rich I would love to have a massive walk in wardrobe with lots of pairs of designer shoes all on platforms and lighted up with spot lights hahah.. my little show room of goodies! x

I think you should get them, then if you do find something else then you could always try and sell those ones. I got two pairs before finally getting the pair I wanted.
