Ahh! My H2B has been home from afghan on his RnR.. I didnt relise what the dates were and our contraception failed and now I think i might be pregnant.. I feel tierd moody and my boobs feel like someone has been pounding them with a meat tenderiser! Now me being pregant isnt a problem its the timing. We can only aford to do 1 or the other the wedding is all booked and alot of family would stand to loose deposits. I have no idea what to do H2b went back to afghan yesterday.

First things first take a pregnancy test. And then go from there. If it comes up positive get yourself to your local EPAU (early pregnancy assessment unit) and they will do a blood test and confirm it x

I agree with mrsvanderlee, you cant do anything until you confirm it. If it does come back positive, you will need to talk to your h2b asap and discuss it from all aspects. Good luck.xx

As MrsvanderLee2b said, you need to do a test first, if you think you are pregnant, you need to check first. But you don't start to get the tender boobs etc until about 8 weeks, so unless you think you could be that far along, and have missed 1 or 2 periods, until you do a test you wont know for sure x

I Had sore boobs earlier than 8 weeks when I was pregnant, I would definetely take a test as soon as possible.
yeah i was pregant last year and my sore boobs started the week before my period should have been due. think thats why i have convinced myself because i feel exactly the same as i did last time.

Think, as all these ladies say, that you need to take a test so you know for sure. Presumably there are ones that are better at early detection, if you haven't missed a period yet? Don't stress until you know for sure anyway, and good luck :)

i would say take a test, but send your hubby to be an email to let him know you think there is a possibilty .. i went through the same when my hubby to be was in libya and he came back for some RnR and i thought i was pregant, but i wasnt. but i did need to tell my hubby to be.. even though it worked out i wasnst.

do a test first i have sore boobs every month to the point where they go up 2 cup sizes and purple and im never pregnant lol dont start worryin till u know for sure :) x

since having the coil i get sore boobs when im due on but only had them b4 when i was pregnant. ive had it removed now and still they r a bit tender so def do a test first, could just be hormones x

Hiya hun it may be because you no your contraception failed that your bodies playing tricks on you, we've been trying to get pregnant for a while and I convince myself every month and get all the signs and then my period comes. Do your test just so your sure either way. Hope your ok with H2B being away too - I'm an Army gf and sympathise with the Afghan seperation its horrible xxx

I feel your pain katielea. I'm on a pill that mid packet makes my boobs so tender and heavy they feel like they are going to fall off. Take a test 3 weeks after the last time you did the horizontal tango.

my boobs were sore from 4 weeks with each of my pregnancies.
i have my fingers crossed for you...though i don't know for which result i'm rooting for as i'm always excited when i hear someone say 'i might be pregnant' lol
it may not be the best timing, but it is do-able. just as you have been researching the best price for everything to do with your wedding, research everything baby related for the best price possible. look of for things like asda baby events where nappies, wipes, general baby stuff are all reduced and on offer.
you could still wear your wedding dress if it is a lace up back, with a modesty panel. two of my friends on fb have done this and they looked fab :)
