Hi there ladies, how is everyone?

Im getting married in october (a while away yet, but feel like its just zooming in). For days i have been feeling like i am going to forget to do something for the wedding. Not a big thing but just little things that i may not think about until too close to the time. Does anyone have any suggestions of little things that they nearly forgot or did forget but really wanted to do/get them?
