I honestly dont know if anyone here reads my posts really anymore. not sure if it is just me feeling down but i kinda feel I am distant on here now.
I thought I would update in case. I know i dont get on here as much as i once used to, but things are keeping me busy.

my OH is unwell, she has to go for an endoscopy this thursday, she has been ill for months and is now vomitting blood :(
I just had a major MOT as i call it, big yearly health check, and I have been told it looks like i have kidney damage due to my diabetes. I am no being referred to the hospital diabetic team, dieticians, physio for my arthritic shoulders, eye screening as I have retianl hypertension and dehydration, heart clinic and due a yearly check at the sleep apnea clinic....i think i should have my own room in the hospital lol

wedding wise, AWESOME goingg's on! planning is running smoothly, OH and i getting loads sorted, making dresses putting crystals on my shoes.
Over the moon with my dress quote, this dress pictured with added back and elbow length sleeves, matching veil in baby pink with crystals added all for £150....over the moon as the original designer dress (this is kinda a copy but not exactly) is £15000 !!!

my 8 year old son has agreed to walk me down the aisle and is really getting involved and enjoying it all which makes me really happy.

today we have decided to be different (well you should all know by now we are lol) and hiring a coach, yes a normal average everyday bog standard coach, we have filled all 70 seats. I cant wait! imagine the excitement and fun of that many of us travelling to the wedding together! AWESOMENESS lol

I am also back on treatment for my depression, but thats nothing new. been clinically depressed since i was at least 13 years old!

all in all am ok, and as ever not letting all this s**t get to me, too excited for that

no my dress isnt made by her lol, just a seller off the bay. going to order it in may (ooooooohhh hurry up and get here may lol) and hope it is ok, figure may gives me time to sort any issues out.

I am too excited about the wedding to let things get me down :) though OH and I do say what ARE we going to talk about after the wedding, as at the moment we talk about it at least 80 per cent of the time lol!

thank you everyone... i am sorry i dont answer as quickly as i once would have..used to be on here several times a day. recently lucky to make it twice a week lol.

My OH had her endoscopy, and it looks "fairly normal" according to hospital staff. She has to go back to the gp for other tests etc.
I am being referred to every department in the hospital i think lol... diabetic dept, dietician, physio, eye screening, feet screening endoscopy for coleiac testing and all sorts...

still too happy to care lol

now if only slimming world would work! first week lost half a bloody pound, sencond lost 4 third PUT on two! Am so fed up, i am following it to the letter!

but

Tmorrow the invitations are going out!!!!! yay
hand delivery all local ones and posting others. so excited, really getting close now

I really hope you and OH feel better soon - health issues are awful, and they can bring you right down...but it is lovely to hear that your son is walking you down the aisle! Shame he won't wear pink though ;)

we comprimised with my son and the other lad his age and theyre wearing white wasitcoats with tiny pink and lilac swirls and lilca bow ties. They wanted bow ties not cravats, and we are both easy going so dont mind that at all.

He is getting excited he even loves wedding fairs lol, guess i am really lucky, he's wonderfull to go shopping with too!

As for the planning, i have a checklist for every month until the wedding, things i need to get done etc. going to try making my bouqet this next week or so lol
gotta be organised or i would leave it all till the last minute lol

i know EXACTLY what i want, and having not seenone for under £75 i figured i not paying that. Got everything for £12, so i am well happy.


very upset right now, my 9 year old son has just broken my £450 DSLR camera!!! I got it when i worked. I have NO way of EVER getting a new one....it was all we had for our wedding photos that were being taken by a realtive good at phototgraphy :(

I Have no idea. but until after the wedding every spare pound is budgeted for. Only thing i can think of to pay for even a repair is go without my dress and find something even cheaper from somewhere....

Oh no! I feel your pain, if we broke ours it would be awful :( insurance could cover it though Janie? Check it out. Or see if you can find a decent private repair man or one of the IT guys from work could possibly help (if they are a whizz with technology?)

Where's your wedding? Does anyone on here live close and have a camera that we could lend? Don't let it get you down, you're doing really well. There's always a solution :) xx

Thanks Elinor. I am on week 5 of a slimming world referal from my gp, and FINALLY it is coming off. 2 pounds to go and i lost a stone!
It does seem to be one thing after another, but thats life and i refuse to let anyone ruin our big day lol. I already got them all dresses, but wasnt sure they wer really nice enough, now we can get something more expensive and better looking.
I see a dietician next month as well, so that sounds like it will help from what youre saying :)

another 3 1/2 pounds off today, phew!
