I have very thin hair but I also hate my hair being completely tied up! Everywhere I look for hair ideas, they're all for thicker and fuller hair, or are completely in an up-do!

Does anyone have any ideas for a thin hair style?

I also have very thin hair - I look bald and like a man when it's completely tied up, hate it!!

I quite like the idea of having a lose bun/chignon, so the hair won't be pulled really tightly back and it won't be a 'rigid' style if you know what I mean. Would also have a couple of stands hanging lose around my face to soften it.

Our wedding is actually themed around blue and silver, but also a game that both me and my partner play and love. There is a hairstyle within that game that I am so in love with and want to use, but my mother said it would only work for thicker hair, yet I think it would be good for thin hair too - it just wouldn't look as full.

I have very thin hair too and when it's up I look awful but I do like the idea of having my hair up. I am thinking about maybe getting a hair piece for the wedding to make it look like my hair is fuller and thicker, maybe it's something you could consider? :) x

Mmm, possibly! My mother even suggested a wig!
I think I'll wear something to give it a little bigger look, and backcombing may be a good way to go, too! I think the first thing I need to do is to try and get it cut regularly to allow it to grow thicker.

Speak to your hairdresser about it, I have very fine wild curly hair, and lots of it! She has some fab ideas, unfortunately she is going travelling for a year so will not be my on-the-day hairdresser :(

As, I had discussed earlier in this forum, that hair plays a vital role in beauty of the bride. Hairstyle gives your personality a unique look and make your day unforgettable, as every one wants to look beautiful and become center of attraction.

I have extremely thin hair to! when I wear it up you can see my scalp and my pony tail is literally like a rats tail lol

I had my clip in extensions put in for our wedding day then put up into a big bun with some loose curled at the front.

Maybe try some clip ins, or hair pieces? or even a wig? my sister wore one for quite awhile to give her hair a break and you couldn't even tell it looked lovely on!

Fortunately for me; my hair is quite thick but if you talk to a good hair dresser then they will be able to advise you what will and won't work well.
