Ooooo Hopefully with the amount I natter in here I should be a power user by then! I'm aiming to be one in the next couple of weeks as I only need about 8000 points and I usually rack up about a 1000 a day! On saying that it depends on how active everyone else is and what they are talking about. Citing times. I can't wait for the winners to start being announced and I think its a great idea that the people who use the site will benefit from it.

I may well do that as I can't reply to the threads I have already replied to and unless I have something that I feel I want to share I can't see the point in starting up threads with the 'next crisis/question' for the sake of it. I also keep a look out for brides I'm not friends with too to make up points. Its a great way of making friends too!

To find out how many Power Users there are... Click on The Power User Logo on the top of the page. Then click on view all. Then count them. Think there's around 60 at the moment.

Were are advertising Power User benefits on sign up now. So expect loads more!

If you are a Power User before Dec 31st you'll be enteted into the first draw (and so on for future draws).

If members try to rack up points with pointless posts, you could lose Power User status. Chat by all means that's what the forum is here for, but don't pointless post. Mods are watching!!!!

Mr boss man will there be a warning system for that because I've posted a couple of posts before that I thought were OK for non wedding chat but found out they should have gone under general chit chat etc so had them closed. Sometimes its really hard to know what to do for the best and I think it would be unfair for someone to lose power status because of one or two mistakes. I understand where you are coming from on the silly posts as they do my head in but think it would be unfair to remove status without having a warning system or something in place. Maybe they could just have their points removed for every pointless post? At least that way if genuine mistakes are made there is no real problem and there would be no benefit to making pointless posts if there is no reward for it? I know if there was a risk that I could have my power status taken away (when I get it) that I would be too scared to post again just in case.

Regarding a system in place for pointless posts resulting in the loss of power user. This would only come into affect if we could see members are clearly only posting for points to boost their power user. Yes there is a big bonus to be gained from it but it needs to be earned fair and square. I think the mod's will need to discuss specific rules between ourselves so their is consistency but i'm sure i can speak for us all in saying it would have to be a unanimous decision before we go to J to request power user status being removed. We'll get back to you when we have got a full decision making system in place

Ive just looked and there are only 38 POWERUSER'S, the rest are on the list as they have gold hearts but have less points required to make them a PU.
Unless you have 100,000 points your not a power user son hun.
So these lucky 38 ladies including myself hehehe are in with a very good chance of winning

There will be natural Power Users (those who earned their points themselves).

And their will be 'Fast Track Power Users' those who paid for the status. You'll find some of those towards the end of that list. The list includes Power Users and Gold Members!

Lol okay let me explain again.

In the Power User section (click on PU Logo at top of page).

Then click on 'full list' for Leaderboard. This now displays all PU's and all Gold Members.

When you scroll the pages and see a little PU badge to a member who has less than 100,000 loyalty points it means they bought the PU status.

Newbies who join the site (today for example) and pay to be a PU will zero points but still qualify for the prizes.

There are thousands of newbies, pink hearts and silver hearts not listed in the PU section. We have listed Gold and PU's as you will more than likely recognize them!

I haven't counted but 90 odd sounds right at the moment.

BUT!!!

It cannot stay as low as that, I'm a business man, with a streak of charity running through me lol.

I must get 1000's of PU's to pay for the prizes. You do the math!!!

The odds of winning the lottery are 14 million to one!!! Trust me you gave a great chance of winning EVERY MONTH (even if you win one month you can still win again in the future)!

Our computers will choose a name from random. This could be you, a mod or a newbie who joined today and never even came on the forum! But alas not me or my team (it's in the rules)! Just to clarify if a mod did win ut wouldn't be a fix as I personally don't know any of them and have never met any if them (that's not coz there a bit dodgy lol).
