hello ladie's! new to this!, needing such a rant! hubby was posted away i organized the perfect wedding, a dream! spent all my savng's on it and on the perfect dress! i did this within 3 month's i'm lucky to have hair left! but anyway ALL day guest's was picking fight's with each other alot got kicked out! till DISASTER struck! one of the guest's attacked his sister and other guest's and smashed up the hotel in front of all my family, got mass of blood down my beautiful dress, i was kicked out of my own wedding which lasted just hour's the dress is beyound repair as so much blood is down it, along side of what i thought was my wedding day which was what 3 hour's long?!?! i cant go on to exsplain why people would do such a thing!! truly heartbroken, so the long process of planning anouther wedding for next summer has begun to replace the bad dream's of what happend to my last one! hopefully this time it finally will be that dream i wanted !! <3 xxx

Awww thankyou you are all so lovley!, husband was serveing in Afghan upto a week before our wedding and all his wage's was put into it all my life svaing's went into my dress and it ended up looking like the corpse bride should wear it after it had a blood coating! so so so upsetting :( i cry nearly every day because of it i may be acting abit silly or over reacting over it abit haha yes 2nd time lucky please god let this run smoothly! lol xxxxx

Looking for a red dress (faniced something differant), i know how convieant being my current dress is red with blood lol!!, it was my husband's couson's who did this, who alway's had some issue's with him since they stole his grandad's war medal's off him, but my husband being a soft sweet guy he is, he still allowed them to come to our wedding big mistake but may we learn not to be too nice to people like that hey! :( we're going to have the next wedding far away from where the family live (well the trouble maker family member's) to avoid any unwanted guest's and troublexxxxx

Thankyou girl's, so putting my mind at rest someone else agree's it was disgusting, as his family think i'm in the wroung for blowing my top at him after he left a grade 1 listing hotel in a mess! along with my dress and bringing my panic attack's on, focusing on this next wedding is helping me cheer up abit! :), i know that dress was my dream dress i dont even want to open up the dress bag it's in to see the state of it, paid £100 for the cleaner's to try save it but no luck :( booo xxxxxx

it always amazes me when people take the side of the person that has done that, i know theres family loyalty - but its supposed to work both ways. you just dont do that to people. I fell out with my dad for way less than that. Id never back someone up in my family for doing anything even close to what he did, they'd be being made to grovel and fix the situation as best they can.

I don't think anyone can be upset with you going mental at someone ruining Your Day!! Their behaviour was certainly not normal and very extreme, and think you're handling it very well considering. All the time, the effort, the money that goes into a wedding... I really hope you get compensation and can plan your new blessing as you wish.
Would the marks still show up if you dyed your dress a new colour? Could you layer something else over it, like lace or bits of fabric? Talk to a seamstress and see if they come up with any ideas. It may not be completely lost.

How can anyone be upset at you for you being worked up at someone ruining your big day!? thats outrageous!!! their behaviour was totally uncalled for and completely unacceptable & as Poppy has said, the way you are handling it is beyond me!! Very well considering the circumstanceS! i know i wouldnt be like that! I never understand how people can take sides of the person that has behaved in such a manner, you dont do that. not at a wedding, or a family gathering or anywhere to be honest. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning can be, how much time effort and money goes into making it happen & then at the end to enjoy and relax after your hard work. How do they expect you to react?!

When it happend all i said to him "thank's for ruining my day you ****", and his mother got in my face (while i was suffering a panic attack) snarled in my face her nose nearly touching mine saying "well i think my son is worse off being his knuckle bone's are sticking out love" i was gobsmacked! then to find out his sister's was making fun of me and my husband's failed wedding on soical networking site's, vile vile human's i'm going to try my damn best to sue him for every penny he destroyed of our hard working money we put into our day!, you just gave my a brain storm Poppy!, i wanted a red dress...maybe i could get this dress dyed red?!?! that way the blood is covered!! xxxx
