Hey guys, Ive been on and off diets since before I can remember. Anyway, one of my biggest issues when I was trying to eat normally, or just different portions, was knowing what was normal and what other people were REALLY doing. So I thought we could all write down what we each eat every day. Hopefully it might give us ideas, and encouragement. As long as everyone's honest!

    So here goes...
    Sunday- 2 bowls cereal
    -Chicken and mayo pitta
and disgustingly 1 whole 12" pizza!

    Yesterday
    2 bowls honey loops
    2 activia
    1 banana
    1 apple
1 chicken breast with courgette aubergine and parsnip (Beginning of diet day!)

Really good idea EMC...I find things like Weight Watchers are really good as it gives you the support and confidence that you need to keep going. I just hate getting up and weighed in front of people!

I've been really naughty the last few days:

Sunday - 1 Burger King (and thats it!)

Monday - 1 Bag of Hula Hoops
1 Subway (6 inches for lunch and 6 inches for dinner!)

    xx

Ok i will join in as of monday:
    Yesterday i had:
2 slices of small seeded bread with a sliced banana in a sandwich, no butter.
Chargrilled chicken breast from harvester with rice, corn on cob and salad.
Maggi oh so juicy cook in the bag mixed herbs for chicken, 1 breast with jacket sweet potato and mixed salad.

    Today:
    Banana sandwich same as yesterday
mixed salad with 1 hard boiled egg
and for dinner i am doing:
Cod with new potatos and peas.

I am drinnking lots of water and green and peppermint teas. I had a fruit smoothie yesterday while out. I am also snacking on green beans and carrot sticks straight from the fridge when i am peckish.

My mixed salad varies, including a selection of:
watercress, baby spinich, green beans, sugar snap peas, broccoli, cucumber, tomatos, carrot, salad onions, red onions, peppers, pomegranet seeds and usually a couple of drops of lemon juiced tossed in. I dont use all of those in every salad but i have all those in my salad draw to use. I am finding that variety is keeping me going lol.

I started off really well today

2 Wheetabix with only a little bit of milk
Small jacket potato with baked beans

And then I ruined it by having a bug fat curry!! Chips rice and a bit of nan bread!

But it was my treat I have lost 2 stone in 2 and half months so I do allow myself a treat once a week lol

    Xx

    what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

Today - 2 bowls fruit and fibre
1/2 a savoy cabbage with garlic and a slice of bacon
.... Getting an idea of what other people eat is pretty good. Shows I need ALOT more self discipline!

Today i had the usual breakfast. Seeded bread banana sandwich.
I had an apple as a snack after my trip to the gym.
I had couscous made with chicken stock for lunch. Mixed with cherry tomatos, spring onion, green beans and broccoli.

I joined swimming world last night, and this evening am attempting my first ever slimming world free dinner. Home made burgers using lean mince, slimming world home made coleslaw and slimming world chips.
I have some frozen blueberries and fat free natural yogurt as well to make a dessert.
I am so looking forward to eating a whole plate of dinner, just interested to see what my family think of the meal.
