Ive seen someones picture on ehre with a lovely poem and a candle for a loved one who is no longer with her, are you this person or can anyone recommend where I can get these candles from I want big candles with a little poem and its going to be on the table whwere I wish that person could of sat

i know the feeling i lost my grandad 19yrs ago, a very close auntie of my mums, my granny and my mums cousin and best friend. was thinking of balloons as I will be gettin married on my grandads birthday

I am going to get 2 silver roses from the bay of e one for h2b's mum who passed away in febuary and the other for my grandad who passed 3 years ago come the end of the month. They will engrave them for you aswell and i thought it might be a nice touch for my gran and hid dad to have as a keep-sake and to remember those much loved members of your family xx
we have bought favours from cancer research and great ormond street hospital and will be displaying them on a table with a letter in a frame saying : To our friends and loved ones, a donation has been made to cancer research and great ormond street hospital in loving memory of Christine Harvey and Terry Cornwell. Please feel free to help your self to a small token to remember those we love, on this our special day. Lots of love Ryan and Katie 24th march 2012.
I think we may also have a photo of each of them in a frame on the table. We have a lot of people who cant be with us sadly and it would be impossible to personally "remember" all of them (they will no doubt be thought of and missed but i mean in this type of way) and also i would hate to try so hard to remember everyone that my mum gets "overlooked" i know that sounds daft but its kinda how i feel..... Anyway thats our plan anyway.

What a thoughtful idea. I may do this for my brother who passed away almost four years ago. His wife and kids will be there, even though she thinks she shouldn't be invited as he is no longer with us. At the end of the day she is still family. He was a big Man Utd fan so may see if I can get a candle with that on it, everyone will know who it is there for.

Just taken a look at those Flossie and I love the idea of those. So special. I think I would have to go for the one where it mentions a numerous amount of people rather than their names as it would be too full otherwise as my H2B lost two Aunts this year within 6 weeks of each other, plus my brother. Thank you for that. X

The one i've got has just got the reading on it, no names, and we also told our celebrant that we didn't want any names said during that part of the ceremony.....it will be too much for some people including myself. Glad to help. x
