Guest book - Haven't got guest book yet, must start looking
Confetti - not allowed at venue - must add to website to remind guests not to bring any.
Pen - Do we really have to provide our own pen???
Stockings - getting married in July so hoping to be bare legged! But it will probably snow!

Have seen candy striped paper bags on ebay pretty cheap but togs may be an idea.x

They do provide one but it won't be a nice looking one just one to write your names down. If you want something fancy on the photos and not a cheap bic then you are best to take your own.

I'll dig out my fancy Parker then. H2B will have to give it to the registrar

Rings...very little but a huge detail to miss. It happened to my brother!

cake stand and knife - if venue don't provide, amazing how easy it is to forget this.
cake boxes or napkins to take cake home
new, old,borrowed and blue and sixpence in your shoe.

don't forget to wear your shoes in the house a day or two before to wear them in, otherwise you may need to carry a handbag full of blister cushions.

car ribbon if car company dont provide.
if you are having a sweetie station maybe print up your own design sweet jar labels - as not everyone will know what sweets they are picking. We are doing labels and tying with ribbon in our colours to match everything else.

Maybe also a little sweet station poem from you and h2b so guests know you have provided this and not the venue. The poem we have says something along the lines....

what about table sprinkles, napkin rings, bubbles instead of confetti, chair sashes...erh will try and think of more
oh yea dont forget to pack a little make up kit and first aid kit. you dont want to get a killer heaache and have no pain killers or cut your leg and bleed over your dress, so remember plasters lol

I am taking a pair of those foldaway shoes that go in your handbag. After all day on my feet, I will be v thankful for them later in the evening. xx

im gunna do baskets in each toilets men and ladies....

ie womans: plasters, parecetomol, saftey pins,hair brush, hair spary, deodrants, clips, bobbles, bits of make-up, toothpaste, disposable toothbrushes, mints/chewing gum etc
mens:mints/chewing gum, condoms lol, some lyns or something, tooth paste,disposable tooth brushes.

id forget the pen... so simple wow

the lantern idea is fab! there are quite a few smokers in H2B's family so that would be fab! definately nicking that idea :p lol

My dad is taking me to the venue in his car so I'm going to buy some White umbrellas in case it rains! (usually car companies provide these but we're in our own car!)
