i was wondering if anyone is getting married in the british virgin islands or has already? i have had a quick look at the requirements, but i think we would need a wedding planner and just a heads up generally as to where is good etc, so if anyone has any info they could share it would be appreciated :D x

I dont like to read and run, so i thought id just say, good luck with it all. I cant give u any advice unfortauntely as to be honest i dont know what the british virgin islands are - but have a good read up on it through google. i know with places like kos etc theres dedicated websites to weddings there that deal with all things, so hopefully the islands will have that too! x

    Wedding Requirements

To be married in the British Virgin Islands, couples must be on-island for three days. Once you arrive, head to the Attorney General’s Office (open 8:30 am to 4:30 pm) in Tortola’s capital of Road Town where you can apply for a license. You’ll need valid identification, divorce decrees if applicable, and a fee of $110 as well as a witness for the signing of the application and to be present at the ceremony. Allow three business days for the license to be processed. For more information, visit ********

if you contact the wedding planner and ask her to provide some references you can talk to, you might be able to get some advice from previous clients of them
