I'm in agony today! Did an hour on the Wii fit yesterday; Hula hoop Step aerobics Kung Fu rhythm workout Cycling Jogging My Routine (yoga & Muscle workout)
My stomach and thigh muscles feel like they've been ripped apart! I did however burn 260 calories yay!!

I went to my first slimming world class last night with h2b and really enjoyed it, there was a women there that had lost 8 1/2 stone in 2 years, she was truly amazing, now the hard work starts. I was actually 11 stone 5 on their scales although I am only 11 3 1/4 at home so here is my starting point.

Update:
Sam - 5ft 5 Start date 4/1/11 Start measurements - Bust 35", Waist 29", hips 41" Current measurements - Bust 34" (I knew it!), Waist 27", hips 40" Goal - Bust - 34", Waist 26", hips 38" (or as small as I can get em!)
I think the waist loss is probably more to do with a difference in time of day that I measured myself as I tend to bloat more as the day goes on. From now on all measurements will be on Tuesday morning when I get up.

Avoiding the scales at the moment as my FIL2B came to stay with us at the weekend - we ate out Saturday lunch, had a Chinese takeaway saturday evening and went out for Sunday dinner lol. Oops.......really need to be good from now on or my dress won't fit me! I may risk weighing myself in a couple of days.

Today I weighed in at 10st 7 1/2lbs Lost 1st 4lbs to date and started losing with slimming world since Aug 2010

Hey Lemlau, I lost 3 1/2 stone on WW in 2010. I found it easy to stick with and very rewarding. I fell off the band wagon over Xmas and new year so am going to go back tomorrow evening (I think lol), to give my diet a kick start! I agree with leafy, the pro points are great :-) Good luck with your weight loss xx

Right. After a diet-free Xmas and New Year, I got weighed today. Put on; fair enough. But my treadmill arrived and it is fab! I've been on it three times already (only 10 mins each time though!). Cannot wait to put in some serious effort!

That's great ekielty. I don't yet have the confidence to go to the gym; I thought this way I can do 20 mins in the morning without having to leave the house and another 30 in the evening, building up to 30 mins in the morning and an hour in the evening by the summer. Fingers crossed!

Yeah, and the time for me! I have to be in work by 8am and rarely leave before 6pm, so going the gym isn't for me. I must lose more weight this year though!

i have just started slimming world and love it, someone there has lost 8 1/2 stones in 2 years, all the women there swear by it, i prefer going to the group rather than online, as you get good advice and meet people, i think it makes a big difference x

ha ha ha! i have something funny which may make you laugh! I just weighted myself before going to the gym and weighed in at 16st 11 - i went to the toilet for a wee and then weighed myself again just out of curiosity and i lost another pound! haha!!! :D

hi guys, I started the new weight watchers on Tues and I have to say I'm liking it, it does seem too good to be true, I'm finding it hard to eat all the points and that's not including the 49 bonus points I'm allowed, although it's always the weekend that gets me so we shall see. I don't see how I can lose weight on this but if I do I'm well impressed x
