    Hi all.

Just wondered what you were doing for Thank you gifts to your Mums, Dads and Bridesmaids?

I have 6 Bridesmaids so we cant really afford in our budget to get anything too expensive but obviously want to get them all something worthwhile. They are all adults. We are paying for their dresses, hair and make up which is why we cant afford to spend loads on their thank you gift.

Are you getting the Best man/Ushers anything? This is something we are debating about.

If so again, what are you getting/doing for them.

Hi, We are getting bridesmaid's jewellery to wear on the day (they were £7.50 each....Result!!!!), and Best men and ushers are getting a personalised hip flask..

I have no idea what to get my parents, they are paying for most of my wedding, so want to get them something really nice (tight budget though) and H2B parents haven't really contributed so although H2B wants to get them something I'm not wanting to go overboard with them (hope I don't sound horrible).

I'll be watching this post with interest... x

    Thank you.

We know we are getting our parents a mini photo album of our day but we will obviously not be able to give this to them until after the day lol.

Are you giving the bracelets to your girls at the start of the day? I was thinking of giving (if jewellary) the gift to my ladies when we are all dressed etc and then during the speeches presenting the boxes to them?

Where have you got the bracelets from? Could you post a link on my profile please if online?

I've bought my bridesmaid's each a pearl jewellery set to wear on the day, that will be their gift.
The best man and ushers will be getting hip-flasks, the dad's will be getting some nice booze (probably whiskey). The mum's will be getting flowers x

as there are no parents at the wedding (we're both older and they've all gone unfortunately), then there's a little more in the budget.. but I can't say what we're getting as my stepdaughter's on this forum hehe (she's one of the bridesmaids).... flower girls have got erm... something (can't say as older ones have the same), a necklace from the bay, a ragdoll in a bridesmaid frock and a book of things to do .

Thank you Karen. And everyone else. Your responses are really helping me look. May have found something.

I know I have a while to go but these are the sort of things I'd like to get sorted without feeling rushed/panicked then I have more time to look around.

I feel like I have completed a good deed now by starting a thread that has been made an official one lol.

After the advice and guidance I have now found my Bridesmaid gifts. From the bay and for just £8.99 personalised pearl bracelet with a pearl necklace (oo-er) that has a swarvoski heart on it. I shall start a Jewellery photo album and upload some pics.
have also managed to get 6 sets (very handy!) of pearl studs from HK for £5.

This means I can probably get them another little something to go in their gift bags.
