    Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can give me some advice on teeth whitening please?
I really wanna get it done at some point before my wedding next year but don't know what treatment to go for.
All the other threads on here seem to be full of people bigging up the whitening toothpastes but I've been trying all different ones for years and I've found they never do anything but make my teeth more sensitive (they're already pretty bad).
I don't wanna spend an absolute fortune, and treatments that concentrate on stain removal are pointless on me cuz my teeth aren't stained by smoking/red wine/tea/coffee or anything they are just naturally yellow, always have been since I was a kid, so they could probably do with bleaching.
I've read stuff about lemon juice/celery/carrots/mashing up strawberries and putting them on your teeth etc for natural treatment but I don't know if this is a waste of time and whether it will make the sensitivity worse?
If anyone has experience in this sort of thing, perhaps people who work in dentistry/beauty salons I would really appreciate some advice on what would be the best course of treatment for me!!

    xxx

I want to do the same but I fink the dentists charge too much so I have found a site that has at home kits with your own custom made bleaching trays. for a set of trays and one syringe its about £60. I could put a link on your page if you want? x
