    Hiya,

I have a tattoo around my wrist which to be honest I got done about 15 years ago when I was 16 and thought I would love it forever!

Turns out I don't! It's very noticeable and while I don't mind too much usually and I can cover up with a bangle or watch if I need to, I really don't know how to cover it up on my wedding day as I don't want it staring at me in my photos forever!

Has anyone ever tried tattoo cover up make-up? I've seen it on the Internet but its not cheap so I don't want to waste my money. I think jewellery will be a bit much with the design of my dress so I think this might be the best option.

Any help would be vey welcome!

    Thanks xx

I think a simple bangle would look nice with your dress ... or an ivory ribon with a bow? Or go glamorous and have long gloves!

the tattoo cover up make up works realy good but usualy on places that dont get rubbed. id be careful if you decide to put that on your wrist that it doesnt rub off on to your dress or anything. i would move in to a nice chuny bangel and make a real statement out of it like a corsage or something bold. hope you find something that suits you xxx

Thanks ladies that's really helpful, think I might get a tester pack I found on the Internet and put it through its paces! This one is apparently rub proof and waterproof so it's worth a practice run I reckon.

Failing that I like the idea of having some statement jewellery (if I can find the right thing!)

    Thank you! xxx

ohh thats a good idea @Ha, never thought of that, if you have a good photographer they will be able to air brush them out, doesnt help you much if you want them actualy covered for the day though xxx but there are always ways xxx

Yep I will put it through its paces, maybe wear it to work for the day or something, see how I get on!

Failing that, I will talk to my photographer perhaps - she was great at my friends wedding recently and photoshopped her bridesmaid's braces out as her bridesmaid (who is 33 and her sister) was really fed up they would be in the photos.

Sounds like a plan! Thanks! x

i use rio camo make up when i want to cover mine... it is really good and lasts all day. the only thing i find is it takes a while to colour match so i do a few pots at a time
