Arrrggghhh! This has been the most complicated most awkward part of our planning yet! Does anyone feel the same about this? I got about 3 hours in with only the layout of the tables organised on the planner tool on here and a few people sat at them, tried to save and the website had logged out so I lost what I had done. This however is the least of my worries as actually organising where to sit people is giving my the worlds worst headache! There seems to be alot of odd numbers and any way i try to do it is not working!!

were going to get together with the parentals to sort that one out. ive got all my names on the table planner on here and we can rearrange them. glad ive got a wee while to sort that one out.....x

I have done a power point of mine but changed it so many times cos my guest list keeps changing now everyone better come so I can keep it the way it is lol x
I had a right nightmare sorting mine - took ages trying to figure out who to sit with who etc... Then H2B came along and sorted it out straight away lol... Although at the mo a couple of people have declined as they cant make it which have made the table plans easier lol xx
my suggestion is to print out all the names of guests ( i colour coded pink for girls blue for boys!!!) then get a big sheet of paper and draw you tables on them in the layout you are having. then put little bit of blue tack on the back of each persons name and start arranging them. its easier and quicker to rearrange until you have it perfect. x

At the minute I've got the guest list for those I'm sending invites to, then i've put then roughly into small groups for tables. If people cancel then it'll just mean more room on the tables for the other guests x

Def the worst part :( I know the whole idea is for people to mingle and all that but I'm really worrying about putting people together that might not get on, am tempted to just let people sit with people they know, they can mingle when they've all had a few and are feeling more gregarious!!

Lows that's what I've done it's far easier than trying it on here. I did print out a layout of top table then 8 circles then added names as I went but I kept changing it so ditched that idea and went with magnetic notice board instead, I bought that magnetic photo paper from the pound shop and printed out the tables and in tiny circles had names of guests. Once done I simply cut them out and placed them onto the notice board and played around with it for hours on end. MrsMarr I'm mixing mine but having my bridesmaids on a separate table so they can sit with their partners but right next to the top table. The closest relatives near the front and those I'm not that close to at the back
