also, how can i delete a guest off the table plan, I deleted them off the guest list but they are still on the plan

Glad to hear i'm not the only one having problems, lol. Ican't remember how i got the guest off now but it can be done cause iv done it. i will keep you posted if it comes back to me, thats if no one else knows...

I think if I remember right you delete the person in the guest list (aww that's sad someone's off the list). Delete all the tables, by deleting one table at a time in the table planner. The just move your guests to the side and start again.
Let me know if that solves the problem, if not it's another job for IT IT Man !!!
Thanks J but iv tried that, iv deleted all my guest apart from me and my other half and I'm now left with empty round tables and when i click on a table to delete it just says pick a table to delete, its driving me mad as iv now completed my guest list and wanted to see how it would look.

Oh n fab news .. I just done my table plan in about 10 mins! Thought it was going to be harder than that to be honest! Although I can imagine it would with lots of people. I only have 40 for my meal but anyway success hoorah! lol x

I just made adjustments to my table plan, but every time i save it its taking three guests from the seating arrangments. I then re done it but it will not save with these three people on the tables ...help

Dont worry J, I didnt cross anyone off as such, i just deleted the plus one's I was going to give a couple of people

Hi J, just tried again and i think it's because i'v lost the seats around the table some where that's why it won't let me delete them, so my next question is how do i start from scratch.?

Half the time I cant access table planner! Like right now, added 80 people would like to work on seating plan but it's nowhere to be found. I know I saved it because I've accessed it before.

Same with my ticker, my wedding date has changed but it just gives error message, the page you requested cannot be found
