I know things can change but I like to be organised I hate not having things in order and then feeling all flustered. Can the seating plan not be edited like the guest list? X

Oooh, I need to look at the seating plan thing. Lala is right, loads can change in 22 months, I did a first draft table plan about 5 weeks ago and since then things have changed and I'm having to redo it 2 weeks before the big day!

There's also a glitch in the software, which causes the "discs" to fly back to the stack on the left when you save. It's always one disc from each table that you lose, so I found the best way to get some modicum of a seating plan is to get everything laid out exactly as you want it, but DON'T SAVE! Print off everything, then save. At least then you'll have to only replace those discs back as opposed to redoing the entire plan again.

How to use: You'll have your guest list situated on the left. Click, and hold the name you want, and it'll transfer ino a circle with your guest's name in the middle. Repeat until all of your guests are in the planner.

You'll also see the types of table (I.e. rectangular, square, etc). Click the shape you want, then the number of place settings and finally, how many. And then you can drag them around to suit.

See above. It can be done, but it can be a pain To print as well. Be patient :-)

I had the same trouble with the top table. It printed the table but left off one of the names in the list when printed off. I just penned it in by hand, so didn't prove to be an issue.
