Hi all. We are looking to book a swing/Jazz singer for our wedding reception in Northamptonshire, as we are hoping for a great summers day at the Hunsbury Hill Centre. Has anyone got any ideas or recommendations? We are looking for quality but also reasonable prices....not sure if that is too optimoistic though?...Any help in this area greatly appreciated ladies.

We are using Andy Ellison (google him) He is from Manchester but is travelling down to our venue in Market Bosworth which is in Leicestershire and even with the travel he is £400 including extra lighting and travel. That is for him singing live to backing tracks but he can come with either a couple of band members up to a whole live band but the price creeps up then and you also have to take into account the space they take up. Unfortunately we didn't have enough space to have the live band but he does sound amazing and has been really accommodating to our needs.

Thanks for that we have just sent him an email, sounds like a bargain at £400. Was that a Sat and how long are you going to get for the £400. Ps he sounds perfect for what we are looking for

It is a for a Saturday. He is starting about 8 for us depending on what time they turn the room around after our meal. He does 45 minute sets and then plays what ever you want in between. (obviously his voice needs breaks) It means that we will have a nice mix of music to suit all of our guests.
