i went to the yorkshire wedding sale and bought a new veil (Whoops, haha) it was a bargin to be fair, its cathedral length with diamante crystals all over it and edged in silver stitching, never been out of its bag it is gorgeous!!!!! and only £50 so happy!!!!
that is not the exciting part, there was a local salon there that i've gone past loads of times but never thought about for my hair and make up before. anyway they were offering trials and make up for £10 for each part today so as i've been a bit down lately my other half decided he was going to pay for it for me.

safe to say i booked them there and then, the purple won't be as purple on the day it will be a little more silver rather than purple just as i think it would be a little too much. I'm happy with it what do you girls (and guys) think?
Also my hair will have more volume in the top but as i straightened it this morning it kept going flat, i think she got the style pretty spot on from the picture i gave her as per below

Looks really lovely - I really like the purple but I guess it is a little more suitable for the evening than the day Good find!

The make-up over-all looks lovely, I think you're right tonight the purple down a little though. To do this, you don't necessarily need to change the colour, you could achieve the same effect by blending along the crease line to smudge it slightly, that wouldn't instantly look softer.
The fact it's lasted is a really good sign!! Now stick on a soppy movie and see if the mascara holds up through a few tears.

i thankfully managed to test that in a massive thunderstorm that has just come through hahaha it holds up well with a ffew drops but i have a full on downpour on the day it won't be so great, thankfully she uses the same mascara i do anyway so i know its boundaries. with the make up lady doing it on the day its going to be softer on the day not as dramatic but i kinda wanted a glam rock look

i felt super glam yesterday and know today i feel super flat lol i never wear my hair up as i just can't do anything with it and i can't do that kind of make up otherwise i would wear it everyday hahaha
