i have a doubled barrelled name now its clark-johnson and am taking hubbys but want johnson at the end so my son is the same as me so i will be clark heard johnson.... i can see it now clark heard johnson say wat!!!!!!

My name is changing from a name that everyone round us knows how to pronounce and spell (bufton) to a name that i know i will be correcting people for the rest of my life (hodson) lol xx

I'm not sure what i want to do with my name yet i like my current surname [stabler] even though i'm constantly correcting people on pronouncing it and spelling if a i change to blakey i'll be getting called buses all the time and a dbl barrell will sound mental haha

My surname is gonna be stiles. Stacey Stiles sounds so bloody cheesy. And also most people spell stiles with a y instead of an i so Im sure I will be having to correct people with that.

My new name sounds weird to me also when ever any one asks and I tell them they all seem to do and say the same thing so I can see it sticking
I'll be Jodie Jackson which people either say in a deep voice like before a film eg staring Jodie Jackson of that it sounds like a porn star which then leads back to the voice lol

im going from Bate to Prestleton. and even now i get asked how to spell it as its my sons surname.

I'm going from a Halpin to a Tester. Both names have to be spelt out. I didn't actually think that either name was that difficult to spell or pronounce!
It's quite annoying when I have to give my full name for forms coz I need to spell all 3 of my names

I can't double barrel my name with H2B's there is no way to mix Hussey -mine- with Stone, i can't wait in a way to get rid of the jokes that come with my name lol...

See i still have the ex's surname as i wanted the same surname as the girls so didnt go back to my maiden name (burton) BUT now we have our son he has his dads name! Soo now im stuck do i change it to h2b's surname (martin) or double barrel it (cutts-martin/martin-cutts) (matt hates this idea tho as its the ex's name)????
The thing is everyone is always saying the girls will evenyually have their h2b's names, so i might as well take my h2b's name as our son will always have it!!

well girls all i can say ifs feel sorry for a friend of mine now called Mrs gaynon......(gay nun !!!) and guess what she works in a catholic school ........kids picked up very quickly on that

I'm going from Goddin to Brignull - neither of which are very feminine (or common!) I can't wait as it means I will also have the same surname as our 10 month old daughter! x

when i got married the 1st time the ex hubby took my name so our daughter has my maiden surname which is gr8 ;0) so i have decided to keep it as he wont allow her to change it as she wants to!!
so i will be Berry-Leah or Leah-Berry i havent quite decided which way round as yet! :0) but Jenny Berry is defo a rhyme lol xx
