    Hey,
My H2b and I are thinking about doing the sun holidays for our Honeymoon! Do you guys think? We dont have much money left and Due to us both recently losing our jobs its the only option we have. We were planning on using our last two pay checks to pay for a little getaway for our honeymoon but are unable to do this now. Has anyone been on the Sun Holidays> What are they like? We dont care about luxury we just hope to get away together :-)

Sounds like a good idea, i've been on a few & they are excellent value for money. One year we went away via Haven & it cost us almost £550 for mon-fri, the next year we went with the Sun & had it for £9.50 each!! You can also go abroad Spain, France, Portugal etc for I think £22pp??

Why not? The most important part of the honeymoon is spending time together. it doesn't have to be expensive, grand or exotic.

you can do whatever you like as a honeymoon as long as it makes you both happy and you enjoy the time spent together, it does not matter how much it costs, we cannot afford a honeymoon other than a minimoon, but we are asking for money or vouchers to enable us to have a cruise the year after x

Thats a good idea shellay, we should do something along those lines. I have been looking into the sun holidays and they seem pretty good, Just hope I fill out the form correctly and dont miss out on the holiday because of my stupidity lol :-)

Thats a great Idea I may have to look into doing that as I dont think we will have much money for a honeymoon but that could be the answer :-)

I've been on 2 and they are fantastic value. Admittedly we took the kids but they were well entertained. I'm sure you will be able to find a holiday destination that can cater for what your looking for. With limited funds I would say this is a good option for time away together.
