Just checked the bank & I haven't even had my monthly salary let alone my £200 milage. I just emailed superiors & told em I need it sorted as what they have given me just about covers the direct debits due, the nursery fees & food shopping. Said I ain't got a penny for petrol so if they dont sort it out they will av to get cover. Is that rude? I'm meant to be in Coventry tomorrow (64 mile return journey) bromsgrove Sunday (58 miles return) I can't fly there n I don't see why I shouldn't pay household stuff as they av messed up!!! Such a cheek!!

That doesn't sound good - and legally they can pay you early but not late so if you do get any charges because the money isn't there then you can request that your employer reimburse you for them all. Hope you get it sorted soon

She has just called and said I can have petty cash until Tuesday when it should be in the bank. But now they cant find my expense form and she wants me to re-do it but I have thrown away last years diary. I said you should still av my timesheet I can re-do it from that so she is going to ring me n do it over the phone when she gets to the payroll office. They have to be nice to me i've done lots of overtime...thing is if I dont get paid i wont be doing anymore.
