im really struggling with decorating my venue and need some help. im normally ok with this kinda stuff but even for me its blowing way outta ma head.
my theme is ivory rose and candles. but its the roses that are causing me concerns. i cant find anything i like. the garland idea is just not happening. everywhere i look and am recommended to its just not right. ive already spent a small fortune on some garlands but they arent the way i hoped, in the pic yes in my hand, not a chance. i really dont know what to do. i just suggested the rose theme to h2b but even he cant think. id liked to of draped ivory garland round the cake table, strips on the stage round candle jars and along the top table also over the gold railing as you come in but as i said everything ive ordered is too flimsy, short or just nothing like the pics at all.
if anyone can suggest something id be grateful. maybe a fresh brain will help lol.

Can't you use the garlands you have and add some tulle in big bows here and there to bulk the garland out, you could also use the tulle for securing them. If there are still gaps you could use indiviual roses on wire and entwine them in the tulle. Ivy is a good filler also, it will contrast with the ivory roses and hang down over the banister and tables. Could you try and upload some pictures of how you want it to look, that might help people understand more what you have in mind? Hope I've helped a bit ......?
