Hey guys!! With 5 days to go till I get married I still don't have my ring sniff!! Everything has been goin relatively smoothly till this but I guess there is always something that doesn't quite go to plan!! Ordered my rings from a company that r very reputable and me and Ali picked our dream rings. They arrived three weeks ago, ali's is fine but mine was completely dif from the ring I picked!! I had a bit of a panic but managed to get in touch with company and sent it bak. They assured me it would be dealt with ASAP, but with 5 days to go still no ring!! I phoned a couple times and got vague responses and no real explanation I what had happened. Ali foned on Thur last week to chase it up and hey said it would b posted tomoro and il revive it Wednesday. Keepin my fingers and toes crossed that I appears on we'd and is the correct ring or il b wearin a sweetie ring on the day eek!!! Xxx

We're despatching your ring direct from the workshop by Royal Mail Special Delivery today so it will be with you before 1pm tomorrow.

We've made you a completely new ring so that's why its taken three weeks - its completely hand made and you can't rush that kind of quality.

We hope your wedding day is fabulous. We're also going to send you some lovely sterling silver jewellery by separate delivery to make up for the problems we've caused you.

Our workshop flu epidemic earlier in the year has put our delivery schedules back a couple of weeks but we've almost caught up and almost all rings are being delivered on time.
