ah bless you, i had this with both of mine. i was even being sick as i had my first. lol i used a concealer for my face to hide the burst blood vessels. On the day have a little stash of ginger biscuits and drink ginger tea in the morning. keep some mints on you 2 as i find they help a little bit whilst travelling x

It's normal, hormone levels change so drastically that it affects hair, skin and nails. Some women get lucky and the change in levels means perfect hair, skin and nails but for many women it goes the other way.
Keep hydrated, especially if you're sick a lot, stay away from coffee and chocolate (bummer I know) drink fruit tea and if you can stomach it liquorice root (as in the actual bark/wood form) is amazing! Keep a stash of rich tea/digestive biscuits by your bedside, helps curb immediate morning sickness if you can manage to eat 1 or 2 before you get out of bed

    It's right what they say
"The course of true love never runs smoothly"
But if it had been easy then we wouldn't love each other as
much as we do right now - 1 week to go :D
