I never usually get spots but I got two this month and its worried me that I might get a spot on the big day. I have eaten a lot of junk food over Christmas so could this be the cause? What can I do to make sure my skin looks smooth and spot free for the big day? Xxx

Drink lots and lots of water! And don't stress - stress can cause them too! Chances are it's just a Christmas thing, if you get your healthy eating back on track you'll be grand :)

eat healthy, drink lots of water. if you don't normally get spots you should be fine. my mum tells me I'd get less spots if I used plain soap and water lol but each person is different.

Exactly! my skin reacts to everything under the sun so I just try to steer clear of anything very oily or scented...

water is the key, I only drink coffee and wine too so it is something I am working on also. Water helps with dieting too so its a win win

Water, water and more water. Also I invested in a primer which I put on before foundation and made a massive difference as stops foundation going in my pores and made my skin so much better xxx
