hey everyone, been thinkin of mayeb baking our cutting cake and decorating it myself but i cant quite seem to get the sponge cake right. any ideas?

Whats the problem with it? I always use the trusted 8oz of flour butter and sugar and 4 eggs Cream the butter with the sugar then eggs one by one then the flour I think someone may have put recipes on her before - ill take a look

add 2 teaspoons of baking powder even if you are using sr flour .... you get a much lighter cake
