I don't know why, it just always happens, like every thirty minutes or so, although it's only a little bit of volume it's quite uncomfortable if I don't go. I am really worried on my wedding day as I have quite a big dress and that I'm going to be missing large chunks of my day being in the toilet...
I've been this way since a little kid. It was a nightmare in exams etc...is there anything I can take ?
Xx

U could try exercising ur pelvic floor to hold it in for little longer, buy some weights... I was gonna say drink less but that's not really an option on your wedding day,

I have the same problem babe, but strangely enough, it didn't happen on my wedding day - I think I was probably very calm though, so that's probably why! Try not to worry about it. The more you worry and think about it, the more likely it will be an issue x

I have exactly the same problem but mine is all mental! I don't think that there is much you can do about it but if you're really worried then talk to a chemist or your doctor about it and they may be able to recommend something for you xxx
