Hmmm I'm undecided. H2B isnt overly set on anything, he trusts my judgement, but the one thing he does have his heart set on is having 'one day like this' by Elbow as our first dance, while I think that'd be better suited for the last song.
I think I will suggest it again closer to the time but I wont push it as he's not really pushing for anything else x

well i dont know so far it has taken us from last year till about 3 weeks ago just to do the entry music the signing of the register music the music for us leaving the ceremony and the music for people arriving and our first dance for the love of god we cant pick any more music unless we postpone the wedding for another year xx

Some great ideas on here girls. Love the Grease idea, and Lou Reed. Will have to play the Dirty Dancing song at some point but we won't be doing the dance it will be my parents-in-law - they did it at s-i-l's wedding last year lol - very funny, they're both 60!

I think it might have to be our penultimate song. A nice slow one then a happy upbeat neutral one like 'Time of my life' so we all end the day on the same side! H2b's own family are split between blue and red so I don't want booing at our last song! I think i'll do that but keep it a surprise. I think he'd cry! x
