These are some pics taken around 4 years ago of me at my biggest, i was bordering 16 stones! ......very unhappy and had alot of health issues accociated with health and hormones.

This is me at the moment. Ive lost 5 stones in those last 4 years, with just under 3 of those stones just since christmas. What i want to show is that you can do it if you really want to!....i was so unhappy, in a useless marraige where i was constanly being put down and told i could never do anything to help myself etc.....I also have PCOS....anyone who also has this condition will know it is alot harder for sufferers to lose the weight....but its not IMPOSSIBLE girls!......if i can do it.....anyone can! xxx
I hope this has inspired a few of people who are thinking about getting some weight off generally...not just to get into a wedding dress etc...My health issues have gone :)...i no longer need any medication or hormones for the PCOS and i am back to ovulating regularly!.. xxx
