Stick to your guns, she sounds like a taker and for a relationship to work you have to give and take

glad you told her how you feel and said she cant be a part of your day, as long as you know you have done the right thing that is all that matters.

stand by your decision and dont stress anymore about her! xx

Blimy! I have just read through all of this!...i am shocked by this woman! Fair play to you for sticking to your guns, that is tough, especially as you needed to find another person to take her place and sort out your hair. (hope your hair is all sorted:))
You did not - and have not overreacted at all, in fact i thought you were very on the level about it! She, unfortunately does not sound like much of a friend and as i dont know her, it may be unfair for me to say...but i will say it, she seems weak.
You're defo off better without this one in your life at all! x

Good for you hun, really pleased you stuck to you guns, she doesnt deserve you as a friend let alone be your MOH, you are better off without her, this day is about you and your h2b not about her. : ) x

she is just selfish and you deserve a better friend than that. stick to you guns univite her from the whole wedding and choose one of your other bridemaids to be your moh, one who is obviously a better friend!

omg, just read through this thread. shocking what she did. Your message to her was very well thought out and reasoned and I hope she was ashamed of her behaviour towards you, and not just on that night. Well done on sticking to your decision x big hugs x

Coming in late here, but what shocking behaviour! Well done you for sticking to your guns. You don't need people like her in your life.
