I started SW in sept weighing 17st 2lbs & a size 22, i have been doing it for 5 months now, and i have gained but have lost atthe same time, but i am proud to say that in the space of 5 months i have dropped 3 dress sizes, i am now a size 16 i am getting my self confidence back slowy, i normally wear just black clothes, but now i am getting more confident to wear colours with out the thoughts of "will i look stupid in this?"

That is fantastic! Your gonna have some good and bad days. I started a diet last January and by August I had lost 3 stone. I would weigh myself once every 2 or 3 weeks and I got there in the end. You are obviously going in the right direction, you should be really proud of yourself.
