I am so sorry about doing this and I am sorry mods if it isn't allowed but I am so proud of H2B that I just want to scream it from the roof tops! We joined a class where you watch your weight and in just over a year he has lost 8 and a half stone! He is appearing on page 30 of the record that is daily in Scotland :) Check out the before and after pics if you can - he is so amazing and looks brilliant, although I am biased :)

We joined together and I lost 3 and a half, but he is doing amazingly well! New year is a great time to do it, make small changes to your diet and add a little exercise and it will drop off! Good luck to you Becky and H2B says thanks! Bx

Thats fantastic hun! No wonder your proud. My dad has done the same, lost 8 stone in 18 months. Its amazing seeing the difference isnt it?
