Eeeeeek! Just had the sample through of the bridesmaid fabric (dress is on my profile) and it doesn't match the cravats! THe dress is more hot pink and the cravats are more fuschia the button holes are hot pink!! Do you think it matters? I'm all for adding 'depth' using different shades but unsure whether this would look silly??? My wands for the flower girls have fuschia ribbon (doesn't fully match cravats) and has hot pink organza round the wand part (again doesn't fully match bridesmaid) as I'm on a budget I'm sourcing things from various different places which obviously results in different variations on the one shade!!!

I would worry too much you could go crazy trying to match. We are having cadbury purple and haven't matched everything fully noone is going to stare at the cravat and say ooh thats different to the dresses ;-)

Pink is a colour where all of the shades can be used without any dis- harmony just go for it

Sounds like we're having the same colour scheme Pinky! I was concerned about not matching it all properly but eventually my florist showed me how different pinks compliment each other rather than clashing. We've got pretty wands for flower girls too. xx
