ARGGGHHHHH another rant from me! ordered some dresses for my bridesmaids and they were mean to be here by today and so I hae my 14year old sister coming over to help me add some details see if they work etc and apparently they tried to delieve them yesterday but could not find the address and instead of phoning(we waited in all day) they just did not bother! Have phoned the company and they are going to get the depot to phone me but not sure it will be delieved today!! have gone back to website but could take upto 6 hours for them to get back to me and I really need them here today! I am so so so upset and cross I just dont know what to do now! and to top it off mum wants to order different dresses in case these are not right, makes me feel like my choice is clearly not right for her! really have had enough now!
Sorry all but you know how it is, get it off your chest etc!!

no you dont need more dresses if your happy then thats all that matters!
over the delivery is it a company like DHL? they can redeliver no problem dont take any s**t from them tell them you will be seeking compensation for you having to take an extra day off work etc.. these companies really do my head my h2b uses them for the business and they seriously will take the p!$$ if you let them xx

yeah its parcel force and I just cant beileve that they just dont bother rather than phoning you to see where you are, it really isnt that hard, all ourfriends find us with their sat navs so I just dont get it! will give it a little while and then phone up again and will try to stay strong and take no s**t!
as for dresses just feel so frustrated as I have found it really hard to choose and stay on budget etc and no just feel like she has throwm it back at me although I am sure she didnt mean to!!!arghhhhhhh xx
I agree with Jen. Put your foot down with them and demand that they deliver your items straight away. It must be difficult for them if they have lost your address but if they didn't even bother to call then that's a bit ridiculous!

Be strong with them I had such hassell with them once, They lost my air ticket and just didnt care - say you want compensation they gets them a bit more concentrated

Hun call the delivery company direct, so long as it isnt on someones van for today (which if it is u can give them precise directions) you will be able to go to the depot and collect in person. If they say no, tell them its and emergancy and you are getting married tomorrow!! xx

i would just call and wouldnt wait. i have had the same problem with next. they kept telling me they had delivered my item when they hadnt and then kept being told that my house number didnt exist.
keep phoning up and having a go and they will soon get fed up!
with regards to your mum tell her they dresses you have bought should be fine and you dont want to order any more. if you let her get her own way with the dresses she will keep doing it with other things to do with the wedding aswell x

HAve just had a phone call from asos and they are also on the case aswell as they want to keep me happy and rightly so!!!! thanks lalabunni will have a look now! have said i will go and colect if its not to far and they can not deliver!!!

hun on the parcelforce website you can put your post code in and find the nearest delvery cenre to you ....this will be where they have taken your parcel
Hope it's not too far. You shouldn't have to and pick them up but at least you know you are going to get them!

just had a look and its in lincoln which is about a 40min drive and I was in lincoln only yesterday!!!!could make it a day out with my bro and sis and h2b as we have them for the day and night but I will wait and see what they say!!!getting frustrated but you guys are amazing!thankyou xxx

are you sure it is actually coming from lincoln? as i know the head office is 15 mins from where i live and they have a huge warehouse there aswell as my friends other half works there.

You need to find out if they are at depot on on a van supposidly on there way to you. You dont want to miss them again. I would seriously kick up a fuss, we were expecting something the over week, popped out for an hour to find a note through the door saying this was the 2nd time they had tried to deliver?! How would i know when they tried to deliver if they dint leave a note for me first time?!! Makes you so angry. Hope u get them xx

yeah just had an email from asos, they have tried to contact the depot and they have no room in theie note to add directions to find me!!!!!!!so are gong to ring me or I can collect it from lincoln so I have said that if it will not be delieved today I will go and get it but I am NOT happy about it so ill see what they say to that.

Tell them it is a matter of urgency and you are due to start work at 12.00, so you need a phone call immediately. If you need to go and collect because they are not on a van then you will expect compensation at 40p per mile!

A lot of the time it's because they can't be bothered to find the place or they are running late for home time!! My ex was a multi drop driver, and one of the blokes he worked with was always missing parcels. Not all of them have sat navs and if they do it's because they supply their own.

well it can not be delivered today as the driver has already left for his drop and so I can collect it or they will deliever it tomorrow! asos are now saying that it wasnt due till tomorrow!!!even though my delievery option choice said BEFORE wednesday!!!! think i will go and get them as dont want to go through all this again!!!!!!xx

:o thats disgraceful! i would be writing a letter of complaint to both asos and the delivery company! the fact that yu have to travel to recieve your things after you have paid to get them delivered is not acceptable!! kick a** hun grr tese people make excuses to cover their own backs, it makes me so mad!
