Hi all. Had to share this with you.

I posted a few weeks ago about my venue as they changed from sit down meal to buffet style and was a bit worried. We are having just close family at the meal and decided to have it in the restaurant overlooking the harbour instead of the reception hall which is on the other side of the building so looks onto the road.

Anyway, had a meeting this afternoon about menu change and to confirm things and with changing to the buffet from the sit down meal we are saving £200! Which means we only have £235 left to pay and that's the reception paid for :) Everything else we were sorting out was ok (what hall decorations we want, sweet buffet etc).

Plus I had a job interview this morning, they said they would get back to me in the next few days. They called me an hour later offering me the job :)

Karen P75 thats great news! I got told I passed some tests and have been invited for a job interview next week, so fingers crossed as I really need the pennies for the wedding fund! Hope you are having a glass of wine tonight to celebrate. X
