& even h2b agreed that the food is a reasonable price at £13 odd ph and coming in at near enough £700

thats great... its costing us £2287.80 to do a sit down meal for 164 people thats just family, partners and kids... so we are having a buffent instead which is £656.. :)

Geez - wish I could do something like that for budgetting - Looks like its gonna cost us £7500.00 to £8000 as a fallback but looking at places to draw the costs in more where possible as we go along with the planning although managed to save money with the flowers, dress, shoes, photographer, car - its only a little here and there but makes things easier.

I know ours is a pretty hefty budget but we are both well into our 40s and have decided to heck with it we cant take it with us so lets enjoy all our years of hard work. i think i am afraid to actually add up what it is costing lol
