So I had my hen do this weekend just gone The night before I hardly slept as I was so excited! Went to bed at 1.30am & woke at 5am!!! Had to get up at 6 as could not lay in bed any longer. Dreading the night before the wedding now!
The girls arrived around 9.20 & dressed up the cars with banners, ribbons & flags!! Everyone got their t-shirts on, I had a veil attached to my head, cars packed and off to Nottingham we went!
Had an awesome day being petrol heads (more stag than hen really!) Quads, Rage Buggies, Mini chuckles and bungee run The bungee run funnily enough was the one that gave the injuries! Lots of banged heads, burnt skin and stiff necks come the morning!
We then checked into the hotel to get ready for our party cruise on the river trent The girls had really spoilt me with a Mr & Mrs quiz that H2B had secretly answered. For a correct question I got a present, for a wrong one, a large gulp of drink! That was funny & H2B made me cry with his answer to what he loves most about me!
It was then BBQ, dancing and drinking from that point on An amazing weekend, a few hiccups and a lost camera :-(
However, we have loads of alcohol left over due to the Hotel splitting our rooms over 2 floors :-( We also have hen do blues so have sorted a night in 17th for hen do number 2! Lots of alcohol and games! Cannot wait

I'm having a second hen do about 3 weeks before the wedding because on my hen do in july no one really drank and they all want to so we're organising some sort of BBQ thing.

I was not planning on 2 Jenny but we had such a great time! There were 15 of us this weekend just gone but a few could not make it so they are now coming to the second one!
Sounds like a wicked hen do! Maybe take some Kalms and light natural sedatives the night before the wedding!
And we lived happily ever after!

Kalms are a good idea, someone suggested Rescue Remedy. I was suffering terribly with the nerves also until we were full throtle with the wind in our hair! ha ha
