I have to share. Last night Steve offered to buy me some clothes as it was his day off today as the clothes I have are size 22 and getting very baggy and loose on me. I have never been 'clothes' shopping before with Steve as when I met him I was a size 28/30. I have always been too embarrassed for him to see my sizes so that in itself was a major leap for me to agree to go today. In the past whenever I have bought new clothes, I cut the labels out before he saw them! Well today has been brilliant, I knew I had gone down a dress size at least but happy that I can chuck my size 22's away now forever. Most of what I bought today was size 18, bought some 16/18 size tops and even squeezed into a pair of size 16 jeans.....I mean squeeeeeeeze but I could zip them up! Bought them anyway as an incentive to carry on. I used to have so much trouble buying jeans as I have a 34in inside leg and to get a longer leg in a plus size was like finding pixie dust. After today I feel like I am getting there and feel so proud of myself and Steve was great and for a guy that doesnt normally show his feelings his face was beaming as much as mine! xxx

I wish someone could have told me a year ago how nice it feels to get into a size 16 jeans no matter how tight the fit. That would have been willpower enough without hypnosis etc. xxx
