Hi all, not sure if anyone can help but we're just starting to look for venues and are already struggling for our preferred dates in Aug next year!
We will only be having a small wedding and I've set my heart on a rustic barn/farm venue, ideally we'd like to get married in North Yorks/lakes but I've only found one place that has availability and isn't so big that we'd be rattling around in!!
If anyone knows of anywhere please share :o) Thanks Cal x

there is a website, cant remember it off the top of my head that allows to to search for venues in a certain area and narrow them down by what you want. Type 'Seach for wedding venues' into the google search bar. xx

Some friends of friends got married near Bassenthwaite and had a barn, though they needed to do a lot of decorations and lighting themselves, it was literally just a shell, pictures looked lovely.
Also went to H2B's best friends wedding last week which was near Clitheroe at Browsholme (the Tithebarn) and that was beautiful!
