has anybody used slimming world - was it any good and has anybody used the online membership rather than the group membership
im getting married in October and really want to loose about a dress size and a half for then .. so u think its possible

It is the best diet plan out there because you lose wieght eating a healthy balanced diet. you are never hungry and you are allowed chocolate. basically it teaches you how to eat so you don't put it all back on later

Yup, I just hit my first stone marker, I only joined in October and went down a dress size by late November so it's pretty easy to lose and easy to follow too.

Im on it now, ive lost 1st 10lb so far that has taken me a year but im diabetic so it does take me longer. I know loads of people who have had great results really fast. Good luck if you go for it :) xx

thanks everyone ... ive just bought the starter pack from ebay - its quite overwhelming to start off with - going go over it over the weekend - print it all off and make a book with the recipes and stuff
