    Hi all,

I have been inspired by all the brides who are working hard to lose weight - I have just under 2 years to go so want to get cracking with the diet (I have 2.5 stone to lose). Can anyone tell me which one is best for a Vegetarian, slimming World or Weight Watchers?

    Thanks

    T

having done both diets... i do recommend slimming world, you dont need any pre-packaged meals and there are sooo many great menu ideas to choose from, just follow the green plan, instead of original or extra easy. you can eat as much as you like of pasta, rice, potato, all vegetables, all fruit, eggs cooked anyhow you like other than in oil (u can get an oil spray for that) you can even have chips! yep chips! love it!...let me know if you need any help, i have all the books etc xx you can buy all ur ingredients from supermarkets....saturday markets...farm shops dead cheap . xxx

So you can buy Slimming World books rather than join? I don't think I could justify that expenditure... not with the amount I spend on dance classes (that's really a business expense, but still)

I've lost 6 and a half stone through weight watchers! It really does work! HOWEVER from ur point of view I would say slimming world. It really caters for ur needs - and u won't be hungry! The only reason I stopped it was cos I loved the green days (rice, pasta, potato days) but couldn't cope with the restricted meat! Should be great for u x

Thanks hun! Best part of two years Kev's Angel. Although if I'm completely honest Since Christmas when I had a little blip (as we all do at christmas) I had to re-diet that off. x
