Im doing the Extra Easy 7 day menu thats on the website but have mixed some menus lol. Day 1- Breakfast- Muller light with strawberries grapes and banana YUM
Lunch- Prepared lol Tuna and pasta with grated carrot (i forgot the cucumber) and a dollop of yogurt.
Dinner- Slimming world chips and Egg cooked in fry light.
Snacks will be- Grapes n stuff and im trying to drink water today eeek! Also had a diet coke. Curly wurly 6syns.

you make them hun
Peel and cut spuds into chip shape
Part boil them for 3-4 mins
Pre heat over 180 degrees
Spray oven try with fry light
Drain chips then spread onto oven tray
Spray chips with fry light and put in oven
30 mins done and tasty xx

chop up some potao into chip shape part boil them spray them with fry light pop them in the oven on a medium heat turn them every so often and spray more fry light on them to make them go brown when cooked (between 20-30min) eat guilt free

they are all good I love the curry one one pot wounder is really good they don't print comfort foods any more but you could probably get it on amozone now but i have never done a bad recipe out of any of them

i love the spag bol that ive kinda adapted into my own recipe
mince (drained of all fat) dolmino light pasta sauce onions mushrooms peppers black pepper canyene pepper (lots!) 1 shot of red wine (only 2sins!) garlic granuals (lots!)
and then plenty n plenty of pasta

Yesterday was Brekkie: Special K with a cherry muller light yogurt on it Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with a chilli and fat free yogurt dressing Dinner: Fry up! (ish) Less than 3% fat sausage (1point each), poached egg, grilled mushroom and tomato, baked beans and bacon (all fat off) Snacks: Banana and a packet of snack-a-jacks (3 points)
Seriously I love this, I'm actually eating more often than before and I lost 2lbs last week :-) I hardly ever get a proper lunch break but salad in a tub in my bag has been brilliant... except when I forgot the fork!

Got weighed tonite and lost 5lb so that's 1stone 10lb in total
menu today
breakfast blueberries with fat free natural yoghurt
lunch tomato and herb mug shot with cooked chicken breast and a muller light yoghurt
dinner 2 slices 400g wholemeal bread( healthy b choice) 42g low low cheese (healthy a choice) turkey slices all toasted in a sarnie

i always start my day with lemon squeezed into hot water rachy it is meant to start ya metabolism off summat to do with the acid in it not sure lol i also drink about 4 glasses of water or squash
