    Im doing the Extra Easy 7 day menu thats on the website but have mixed some menus lol.
    Day 1-
    Breakfast-
    Muller light with strawberries grapes and banana YUM

    Lunch- Prepared lol
    Tuna and pasta with grated carrot (i forgot the cucumber) and a dollop of yogurt.

    Dinner-
    Slimming world chips and Egg cooked in fry light.

    Snacks will be- Grapes n stuff and im trying to drink water today eeek! Also had a diet coke. Curly wurly 6syns.

    you make them hun

    Peel and cut spuds into chip shape

    Part boil them for 3-4 mins

    Pre heat over 180 degrees

    Spray oven try with fry light

    Drain chips then spread onto oven tray

    Spray chips with fry light and put in oven

    30 mins done and tasty xx

    you make them yourself they are dead easy

    chop up some potao into chip shape
    part boil them
    spray them with fry light
    pop them in the oven on a medium heat
    turn them every so often and spray more fry light on them to make them go brown
    when cooked (between 20-30min) eat guilt free

    they are all good I love the curry one
    one pot wounder is really good
    they don't print comfort foods any more but you could probably get it on amozone now
    but i have never done a bad recipe out of any of them

    i love the spag bol that ive kinda adapted into my own recipe

    mince (drained of all fat)
    dolmino light pasta sauce
    onions
    mushrooms
    peppers
    black pepper
    canyene pepper (lots!)
    1 shot of red wine (only 2sins!)
    garlic granuals (lots!)

    and then plenty n plenty of pasta

    i work in a school so dont have a desk ......i leave for work at 8..home at approx 3.30 .....any help would br great .....i try to do this on my own but seem to fail

    Yeah i agree with Jennebel take in a pasta salad. :) I love my tuna one i have been having it everyday lol

    Day 2-
    Breakfast- Muller light with strawberries grapes and banana.
    Lunch- Tuna and pasta with Cucumber, spring onion and a dollop of yogurt and lighter than light mayo (not sure if thats used any syns anyone?
    Dinner- SW chips egg, beans & mushrooms (i forgot to get the chicken out for our stir fry so had this instead).

    Drinks- Diet coke.
    Snacks- Fruit a curly wurly- 6syns.
    Total Syns - 6?

    Yesterday was
    Brekkie: Special K with a cherry muller light yogurt on it
    Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with a chilli and fat free yogurt dressing
    Dinner: Fry up! (ish) Less than 3% fat sausage (1point each), poached egg, grilled mushroom and tomato, baked beans and bacon (all fat off)
    Snacks: Banana and a packet of snack-a-jacks (3 points)

    Seriously I love this, I'm actually eating more often than before and I lost 2lbs last week :-) I hardly ever get a proper lunch break but salad in a tub in my bag has been brilliant... except when I forgot the fork!

    Red wine and Dry white wine is 175ml 6 syns 250 ml 8.5 syns
    Medium white is 175ml 6.5 syns 250 ml 9.5 syns
    Sweet white is 175ml 8 syns 250 ml 12 syns
    Chanpagne is 100ml 4syns
    rose is 175ml 6 syns 250 mls 9 syns

    Lunch- Tuna Pasta
    Tea- Had a naughty tea (burger n chips from chippy) Had some bad news so wasnt really in the right frame of mind. Will be bk on the straight n narrow tomorrow!

    Snacks- Crab sticks, Curly wurly.
    Drinks- Water, Diet coke.
    Syns- 6 & i dont even wanna know what the chippy was :(

    Lunch- Tuna pasta.

    Tea- SW Chips and 2 pieces of whole meal bread. (had to be quick as hubby2be had to go to visit someone in hosp)
    Snacks- Grapes,Crab sticks, Curly wurly.
    Drinks- Pepsi max?
    Syns- 6?

    Can I join in please..... desperate times 8 weeks to go dress still too tight...... started slimming world 2 weeks ago!

    Breakfast :mullerlight yoghurt, banana, strawberries

    Lunch:baked potato and beans

    Tea: gammon, mash(mashed with fat free fromage frais) peas, parsley sauce (4 syns because I like a lot!!!)

    No snacks today..... keeping hunger at bay with coke zero, weigh in tonight!

    Got weighed tonite and lost 5lb so that's 1stone 10lb in total

    menu today

    breakfast
    blueberries with fat free natural yoghurt

    lunch
    tomato and herb mug shot with cooked chicken breast and a muller light yoghurt

    dinner
    2 slices 400g wholemeal bread( healthy b choice)
    42g low low cheese (healthy a choice)
    turkey slices all toasted in a sarnie

    Drinks fresh squeezed lemon in hot water diet coke and water x

    i always start my day with lemon squeezed into hot water rachy it is meant to start ya metabolism off summat to do with the acid in it not sure lol i also drink about 4 glasses of water or squash

    Wow girls you're doing great!

    3lb off for me at last nights weigh in, thats 4lb since I joined 2 weeks ago leaving me 7 lb in 8 weeks for my dress to be perfect....think its doable????

    breakfast - SW hi 5 bar.
    lunch - jacket tato with beans
    tea - egg, chip and pepper bake (from last months magazine)

    Breakfast blue berries and fat free natural yoghurt
    Lunch chicken breast salad and beetroot
    dinner pasta mixed with tuna, chopped toms, passata and herbs grated cheese ( healthy extra a)

    Syns skinny latte from starbucks = 6

    Drinks Water with lemon water and diet lemonade xx
