I am sticking to it as I am so determined, but it is definately harder without the group. Been weighing myself and I have dropped another pound since yesterday!
CommentAuthorUnknown
thanks Twirler...really pleased, esp as i though i had put weight on!! 9lb to go to get to my final goal. i set myself 2! one to get half a stone off so i could fit in my wedding dress but ideally wanted a stone off.
in total i have lost 4 half lb in 2 weeks.
How is everyone else getting on? xx
CommentAuthorshellay
i have worked out i have 15 weeks before my dress arrives to lose 15lb, so got to lose 1lb per week minimum, so scary :(

any reduction has got to be better than none, you may still put on some weight but it may not be as much, chin up, keep your spirits up and you will battle through it and come out the other side. I lost 3 inches of my hips in under two weeks with slimming world, so i am well impressed and didnt have to work very hard to do it :) x

Well another half a pound off this week, more than I was expecting considering that I've been too upset to follow it properly, but back to concentrating on it now! Trying the fish and chips tonight - we love the chips already but not done the fish before, and having my dad round for tea to talk about the wedding as well :S

My cheesecake is in the fridge so I'll let you know how it turns out. Not sure it'll be so good though as the geletine didnt do as I thought and kind of solidified as a string in the mixture. Anyone else had this problem?

i have made the fluffy chocolate mousse a couple of times, only 0.5 syns per portion, its lovely i could eat it every day and its quite cheap to make. made the haddock gratin last week that was nice, but would leave out the tomatoes if i made it again. the currys are nice too and the bombay potatoes, in fact we have liked everything so far. :) x
