    Did the chips last night, they were great, egg,chips and beans on a diet....yummy!

    Today is a bit of a challenge as Im going to pizza express with a friend for lunch (suggested an alternative place but she has vouchers to use) and its eldest daughters birthday, we allow all the kids tea of choice for birthdays and shes chosen indian takeaway! I know I can have chicken jalfrezi and boiled rice for 9 syns so will have to make a good choice for lunch. Im thinking tomato based pasta with no cheese maybe???
    Any ideas gratefully received!

    you can ask them to do a chicken and pesto pasta with no sauce they are normally really good at changing things they also do the leggera pizzas now where they take some of the dough out and replace it with salad only 500 calories xx

    Menu for yesterday

    breakfast strawberries blueberries and strawberry Muller light
    Lunch cooked chicken breast and chicken noodle mug shot
    Dinner Jacket potato and Spanish chicken ( chicken breast onions mushrooms passata chopped toms herbs all chucked in a pyrex dish and cooked in oven

    Drinks water with lemon green tea diet lemonade and water

    Healthy b ryvita minis 30g bag
    Healthy a 5 light laughing cow triangles

    Hi Twirler,

    I had a pasta dish in a tomato based sauce with spicy beef and peppers and asked for it without the cheese.... counted my healthy extra B as olive oil as im guessing theyd have used some so I think that was ok???

    Had chicken jalfrezi for daughters birthday tea.... only had half a portion with free boiled rice but counted the full 9 syns listed so Im hoping I havnt underestimated the syns.

    Back on the wagon properly today... I dont have enough time left to slip up!

    Todays menu:
    Breakfast - fruit

    Lunch - tuna,pasta and mixed bean salad with fat free viniagrette

    Tea - chicken, green veg and boiled potatos.

    Snack - muller light yog and coke zero!

    dinner : cod with pesto and parmesan topping, roasted veg and baby potatos (4 syns)

    Started last night, doing extra easy today's menu
    Breakfast: Muller light yoghurt with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana, raspberries and grapes
    Lunch:2slices warburtons wholemeal bread 400g pack with ham lettuce, cucumber nectarine
    Dinner: rice with chicken curry made with low fat natural yoghurt so sinned 1

    5pieces of extra chewing gum 0.5 sins
    2 ginger nuts 5syns
    Total sins 6.5

    Would someone tell me if this is okay
    Also low fat super noodles sweet Thai chilling flavour do they havea sin value as I love them

    I lost another pound last night really pleased :)

    I have done 2 of the recipes from this months magazine the last 2 days.... yesterday the sausage, mash and onion gravy and today the herby salmon fishcakes.... have to say girls I wouldnt bother with either again but theyre the first ones we havnt really enjoyed and Ive tried a lot so cant complain.

    breakfast : hi 5 bar
    lunch: prawn and pasta salad
    dinner: herby salmon fishcakes, s.w chips and peas
    Snack: muller greek yoghurt (4 syns)

    I was thinking of following the weekly plan in the magazine for a week to the letter hoping it might give me a good weight loss?

    Im facing a tough weekend as me and h2b are away in scotland making all the final wedding arrangements so will be eating out thurs/fri/sat I find it hard away from home but dont have long enough left to afford a weekend off :((

    Breakfast: muller light yoghurt with strawberries, raspberry, pineapple and grape
    Mid morning snack:banana on toast (hb)
    Lunch: mango sticky chicken (new pots, green beans, mango chutney (2 sins), chicken and onion))
    Dinner: chicken, turnip, carrots, broccoli and potato gravy (2sins

    Chewing gum extra 4pellets 1/2 sin

    Drinks, water, coffee with milk from a allowance and diet coke.

    Ate loads today, 4 1/2 sins.
    Lovin in but wondering how it's gonna work, I'll just have faith!

    Hello Girls,

    Yesterdays menu: I did a green day for a change!

    Breakfast Hi5 bar (h.e. b)
    Lunch: veg noodle soup and bread (1 slice 2nd h.e as on green day!)
    Dinner: leek pea and pasta from last months magazine..... was really lovely, much better than it sounds! (2 1/2 syns)

    Treat: glass of red wine 8 syns

    Off to scotland for the weekend tonight so it will be a challenge but Ive tried to prepare and looked for baked potato places close to where we'll be each day lol!

    hi girls, i joined s/w last wednesday, and so far so good! starting weight 12 stone 4
    i've tried the chicken tikka masala in the 7 days to success book! wow! it is amazing, almost better than the real thing (but not quite lol) but it really is lovely.

    yesterdays diary:
    breakfast; bacon (healthy living) egg tomato mushrooms and beans, with a slice of w/m toast h/e,b ( 1 syn for butter)
    lunch/ dinner roast chicken dinner(chicken new potatoes, roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots and gravy (2 syns)
    pudding, quark struddel (don't know how many syns) approx 4
    snack, tuna pasta with onion and peppers 1 syn (light mayo)

    drinks, diluting orange, milk h/e,a

    and having homemade lasagne for tea - only sins will be the white sauce

    Been weighed tonight and I lost 3 pound boohoo, can't believe I have lost and eaten so much! I weighed a kettle with water in it, carried it up and down the stairs and my arm was aching!!! Amazing

    Totally agree I have the same way of thinking and in my head as long as I figure the odd weight gain due to having fun then I won't lose interest we have 4weeks now of nothing planned so gonna hammer the weight loss and H2B is doing a 4week detox so no alcohol either happy days

    the best thing is that all my slimming world coach says is did y enjoy ? Yes? Right back to basics then lol she is fab x

    Hi girls, I stretched my flexible syns a bit too far on our weekend away,lol and gained this week :(( but back on it from yesterday and no more cheats allowed now as only have 6 weeks!!!! 7lb at least needs to go so if I tell you im planning a cheat please tell me Im not allowed!!!

    well back on it yesterday but had to syn all my lunch as at a meeting with work and didnt even think they would be providing lunch lol thought we would chose and pay for our own oooppppppps

    Breakfast 2 weetabix (HEB) Raspberries and actimel fat free yoghurt ( snack pots are 5 for £1 in co op )
    Lunch Ham salad sandwich Bread and mayo said 14 syns
    Dinner steak SW chips 2 eggs and spaghetti i was starving lol
    Drinks black coffee water diet cherry coke

    as promised.....

    Leek and Pea Pasta

    Ingredients:
    14oz /397g Fusili pasta
    1 oxo vegetable stock cube
    Fry light
    2 leeks thinly sliced
    9oz/225g frozen peas
    4oz/113g philadelphia light garlic and herb soft cheese
    salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Place pasta in a large pan add the stock cube and boil for 10 mins.
    Meanwhile spray a non stick pan with fry light and fry leeks and peas for 10 mins.
    Drain the pasta reserving 4oz/113ml of stock.
    Mix the philadelphia with the stock and combine with pasta leeks and peas, season well and serve!

    This is for 4 people and works out 2 1/2 syns on extra easy (so if you have half like me remember to count 5!!!)

    I had a really picky day yesterday but managed to only use 0.5 syn on 1 level tbsp extra light mayo lol

    so Breakfast Blueberries and natural yoghurt
    Lunch cooked chicken tikka breasts cherry tomatoes with a chicken noodle mugshot
    Dinner tuna mayo with 20g sliced extra light cheese ( HEA) 2 Slices 400g wholemeal bread (HEB) made in a toastie tomato and herb mugshot

    Snacks Mackerel fillets in tom sauce raspberries cherry tomatoes banana
    Drinks Diet pepsi fresh squeezed lemon in hot water and water
    Syns 0.5 extra light mayo

    Hi girls. I went for my first weigh in on we'd. I lost 7lb. Well chuffed! Not been so good this week though! Hopefully good enough to lose 1lb

    are you guys ll really seeing benefits from all this? does it work? been doing slim fast and its really working (1 stone in three weeks!) but can't be done long term. i've just gotten used to eating hardly anything and i can't get over how much food you can have on these menus!
