I was the same mrsbarkertobe, and just to prove my brain can't stop worrying about things, instead of being all relieved that I'm the right size, I'm now thinking "OMG how to I make sure not to lose any more, but not to gain any inches either!!" LOL - sometimes you just can't win with brains.....

that is exactly what i am thinking!! i am still going to eat the same as i am know because it is healthier. i was planning on losing another 6lb but my dress would be too big. i could have it altered but as i havnt needed any alterations at all i would rather not!! xx

Yes all mine needs at the moment is the hem made the right length. Don't want to get into alterations of the shape to take it in if I don't need to! I think I'll try and carry on as I have been too, and ask the personal trainer I'm seeing next week, as hopefully she can help me out with the right exercise and nutrition levels.

i am having a fitting in two weeks, so that i can judge how much more i need to lose, when i tried it on the very first time i was 10 stone 2, now i am 10 stone 13 so will still need to lose some, but just not sure how much, once its comfortable i will try to maintain, as they did say to me that i couldnt have any major weight loss or it would be too big, so cannot go below 10 2 really :)x

    Okay todays menu was:

Fruit salad topped with Muller Vanilla and chocolate yoghurt (yummy)
Milk and 2 alpen light bars for healthy extras
Home made spicy beef burgers, SW chips and beans
Weight watchers caramel crunchie dessert (8.5 syns)

Had a great day today and even though I missed lunch I didn't feel hungry at all. xxx

the trick is to balance what you eat and add more syns if you put on 1 week then get back on plan the next thats what i have been doing for a month just maintaining you can have extra HE B choices to when maintain but i havent done that bit.

Once your dress has been on for 15 mins then re do the lace up bit as the material gets warm you can pull it in another inch or so after wearing it for a little bit they did it to me in the dress shop when i went for my fitting lol

    Todays food diary :
Breakfast: A Muller light, some fruit and an alpen light bar
Lunch : Went out for lunch but had half a roast chicken and baked potato (no butter or gravy)
Dinner: Gammon steak, SW chips, fried egg, mushrooms, beans and a tomato (greedy I know) and a muller light and dreagon fruit for dessert.
    Snack: alpen light bar.
No syns today but I've eaten so much that it would be pure greed. lol.
Absolutely loving this diet as I can eat loads and not feel hungry. xxx

i made a velentines dinner for h2b ast night as we are at a slimming world meeting on monday, i made roasted red pepper soup with wholemeal bread (healthy extra b), meatloaf with egg, butternut squash and potato bubble and squeak and roasted vegetables, and then spiced egg custard for pudding, all slimming world receipes and all totally syn free, so we were able to have 2 175ml glasses of wine and still stay within our syns for the day. Today h2b is cooking steak, salad and slimming world chips along with rice pudding )made from milk which is our healthy a) so again we can save our syns for a glass or two of wine. We enjoyed a romantic meal for two totally syn free, i love slimming world :) x

Just a quick questions as I know you ladies will be able to help me. I bought Kerry Low Low cheddar yesterday and was surprised at how tasty it was, even H2B enjoyed it melted over his gammon last night (healthy extra). I also bought Kerry Low Low cheddar spread (I used to buy the full fat stuff but had to give it up) and as it's new it isn't on the slimming world syn list yet. I know you can have 42g (or somethign like this) of half fat cheddar as your healthy extra so thought I would compare the syn value of the actual cheddar and the spreadable cheddar to see if I could use some of the spreadable cheddar on my toast in the morning as a healthy extra. The syn value for 20g of the cheddar is 3 and the syn value for 20g of the spreadable cheddar is 2, so do you ladies think I could use the spreadable cheddar as a healthy extra instead of the block cheddar. I hope this doesn't confuse you as much as it's confused me trying to type it. lol. xxx

Thanks for the heads up on the mug shots NHR. Just out of curiosity how many syns are the cheesy ones as they happen to be my fave lol.
