which day you people lose more weight on the green or the red? I've not got the stuff for the extra easy so don't know how I would work out what is free and what is a sin etc.

i do extra easy and its pretty simple all your free stuff on red and green are free on extra easy and u can have them mixed so a chicken breast jacket spud and salad would all be free on extra easy where as on a green day some meat would be a healthy extra etc look on the bay for a cheap book hun will give u loads of ideas there and adapt the recipe xx

Can you check it out online Jo? They have a whole week's recipes based on extra easy on there so I'm sure they should also be able to explain about it there too. Otherwise, I would definitely suggest picking up a cheap book on the bay since it gives all the syn values for extra easy in the back too.

Got to admit that I've not been particularly good the last week or so, but considering my granddad dying and the funeral etc, I'm not worried about how I've been all over the place with following it - I've had as many good days as I have days where I just didn't feel like doing anything and ate poorly. Everything's behind me now and looking forwards and thinking of my dress - back on it properly tomorrow (just stocked up on lunch items, which are one of my biggest problems) and hitting the Wii daily again! Still have at least a stone to come off before the wedding and I will do it!

When I fancy a glass of wine on a friday night i have started replacing it with summer fruits juice and diet lemonade in a wine glass with some frozen fruit added in to fool myself into thinking its wine.

Its actually quite a refreshing drink!

Do you guys eat loads? I don't eat that much as I don't have a big appetite with not moving around that much. I tend to eat more because I just fancy something (which is usually snack things I know I shouldn't have) I was told the last time that I was doing SW that I wasn't eating enough so it wasn't working and that I should eat more. How much do you all eat for it to work?

I eat loads!! But I am a dance teacher so am pretty active. But I don't have to think about portion control. If I am hungry or have a long session of dance before I can next eat I have a big portion of pasta or something and it sees me through!

Yeah we're regularly told we have to eat to lose the weight lol. My biggest problem is breakfast because I never eat it! We were also told that if we're doing extra easy that we must make sure that we have 1/3 of our plate of superfree food for it to work properly as well.

It's only really the meat you'd pay out more for, but if you go to the local butchers/market you should be able to get a fair price there - I think supermarkets do tend to overcharge for fresh meat! I'm also a dab handing at cutting up a chicken, so my chicken breast is cheaper and I still have the rest of the meat on the chicken to do as I please with as well - essentially just because you need the lean meat doesn't mean that you can't cut the fat off the meat yourself - that's what you're being charged so much for!

With snack foods, just keep an eye out for the bargains and offers. Remember when buying your yoghurt that Mullerlight aren't the only fat free yoghurts around. I buy a large tub of plain fat free natural yoghurt and use cake flavouring (like lemon, orange or vanilla essence) to make it up into whatever flavour I fancy - only takes one or two drops! :)

I used to make chocolate mousse with fat free fromage frais and then stir in some chocolate options which I think was something like a syn and a half (can't remember so check it out) and then mix in some gelatin. Whisk it all together and stick it in the fridge and its good to go.
